Business Development Representative (BDR)

Hexoss inc provides a cutting edge cloud based software that helps companies of all sizes to manage their inventory and warehouses. It's so easy to use that it seems to work on its own. Our solution is sold on a monthly subscription, with no commitment. Easy to use and therefore easier to sell.

Now we are seeking a highly energetic, well spoken, self-motivated sales professional capable of booking a significant number of online Demo each week.


What you'll be doing:
  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up and opportunity qualifications in a specified territory.
  • Qualify and manage all inbound leads from any source including the internet, email and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Booking appointement for Online Demo

What we're looking for:
  • A hunter who welcomes challenges and has a hunger for success
  • Must be extremely ambitious, energetic self-starter with a proven track record of prospecting and developing an account base.
  • Minimum of 2 years in B to B inside sales experience (Required)
  • Previous SaaS sales experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Easiness in talking to strangers
  • Resilient and perseverance
  • Positive energy and go-getter attitude
  • Fast learner
  • Team player
  • High School graduate, some college preferred
  • All candidates must successfully pass a background check

What you'll be doing:
  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up and opportunity qualifications in a specified territory.
  • Qualify and manage all inbound leads from any source including the internet, email and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Performing online product demos from your desk
  • Close the deal!
  • Support your Clients portfolio
